Style Board

One of my all time favorite activities is creating style or inspiration boards. Its the perfect rainy day activity. Also I'm one of those people who doesn't like to have a lot of magazines lying around and piling up (their mostly advertisements anyway..), so I tend to clip out and save the pictures that I'd like to draw or that simply inspire me.

Delicious Friday

I'm having an Arm Party **DANNIJO Lulu Bracelet** and DIY Friendship bracelet

I've been on this "Delicious Friday" kick ever since I heard the new single by Crystal Kay (J-pop Artist) shown here, it got me wondering.. What is the definition of a "Delicious Friday"? I suppose its different for everyone. To me a "Delicious Friday" would involve lots of rest, good food and spending time with friends and family.. But since my life is a perpetual cycle of homework-intern-school-work-etc. this is far from my grasp in this point in time. But I will try to look on the bright side, and savor the simple moments that I come across in my everyday routines..

I hope everyone has a "Delicious Friday" and a great weekend!

DIY: Note Cards

Kissy's perfectly manicured fingers gluein' down some flowers

There is nothing I enjoy better than staying in on the weekends and gettin' crafty. That's right, I'm talkin' blow1/4 of your paycheck on stuff you may never use-crafty. And this weekend I did just that.

Getting together with my friend Kissy and making our own note cards was so much fun.. Its sad though, I feel I've grown too attached to them to actually give them away- but what can you do?

You can use virtually any kind of medium to decorate your own blank cards. We used gouache, glitter, fabric flowers, baker's twine and more which you can find at your local craft or art supply store. I purchased my blank cards from Paper Presentation- which happens to be my go-to card stock and stationery store.
